1.25 oz Hendricks Gin .5 oz lemon juice .5 oz simple syrup 3 oz prosecco sugar 1. put a dash of sugar in champagne flute. 2. fill shaker with ice 3. Combine Hendrick's gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into shaker. 4. shake well and double strain into champagne glass. 5. Top 3/4 of champagne flute with Prosecco. 6. garnish with lemon twist.
